Bulk items include all deluxe items and luxury items bought in units of 12 are not guarenteed and no refunds are issued due to manufacturing process that occurs to bring these bulk products to our accounts.

Mineral Diva promises to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges) with exceptions to the new bulk order products.  I will setup kits for the new luxury line as samplers, there will be no small samples sent out for this luxury line. The deluxe line has small testers only and there will be no refunds on this line. We will require a business license or salon license for this product line before it's sent out and will verify.The new luxury line sample sets are full size products and no refunds will be issued on this line so make your selections carefully. Simply return your non bulk merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner. We do not accept opened products. Any orders over 100.00 will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to try out samplers there is a fee tor the items, no free products are shipped out.
